My puppy makes noises/cries/whimpers and shakes when she is sound asleep!.. she has been doing it for the past couple hours and its really worrying me. When I pet her or sorta shake her to wake her, she stops and is fine though. She is healthy. Eats 3-4 times a day and drinks water just fine.
